Are you a documentary photographer?

Correct. No awkward posing or cheesy directions will come from me. I photograph your wedding day naturally. I am drawn to authenticiy so I won't direct you or your guests. That's how I shoot and it will always be that way.

Do you take group photos?

Yes...but the days of long group formals are behind us. I take a small selection of the ones that matter to you, your parents and grandparents. I limit this number to 8 because capturing your celebrations as they unfold is my priority.

Do you charge travel costs?

Weddings in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge and Essex are included in my service fee. Outside of these area's I charge a nominal fee depending on your location in the UK. If you are happy to fly me to your destination wedding. I'm there! I charge for my flight, accommodation and transfers separately.

How can we arrange a meeting?

Just get in touch and I'll check my availability. Then if I am free hopefully we can meet-up over a drink at your choice of Norfolk location. There is no obligation to book.

We live outside of Norfolk how do we arrange a meeting?

Couples book me based on my reviews and online portfolio without meeting in person. Some people also like to have a phone or video call. Whatever works best for you.

Who will take our photographs?

Me. Always. I also edit my own work. No outsourcing here.

Where are you based?

I am a UK wedding photographer based near Norwich, Norfolk.

How much is your retainer?

My retainer to secure your date is £195. This is deducted from your final balance then due 30 days before your wedding.

Do we receive copyright to our images?

In short yes. I offer a copyright license to all clients who book. This allows you to share, print and have artwork produced using any of your wedding or engagement images that I will provide to you via direct download.

When will we receive our photos?

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within three weeks (sometimes less depending on the season). You can download all your edited photos from your online gallery. Save them direct to your desktop and instantly start sharing them with your family and friends.

Are you insured?

Absolutely! I have public liability and professional indemnity. I have never needed to use it for anything but it's all there to give you piece of mind. I can provide photocopies if you need them.

What do we do if it rains?

Some bride and grooms worry about the weather in Britain. My advice... don't be! Embrace it. On the day you will be celebrating with loved ones around you. From experience it's nothing a pair of wellies and an umbrella can't fix. I will head out if you do!

I don't like my photo being taken!

Neither do I...Couples and guests alike often comment how I work unobtrusively to capture events. Think of me as a pro-guest at your wedding. I also offer engagement shoots. These icebreaker sessions are a great way to get to know me and calm any pre-wedding nerves.

Do we need to arrange a meal on the day for you?

If you wish to provide me with a meal this is much appreciated. I burn a lot of calories on a wedding day when covering prep to party. However, don't feel you have to. I just need to know either way prior to your wedding so I can organise a meal myself which may mean nipping away for 30 minutes to fuel up if necessary.
